Where Will You Receive Your Physical Therapy?
It’s Your Choice
Wisconsin allows patients a direct access to physical and occupational therapy services. This means that you do not need a referral to receive physical therapy, however, some insurance companies do require a referral. If you are unsure if your insurance carrier requires a referral, our office staff is available to assist you. Communication with your referring physician and insurance carrier is important for the success of your treatment plan. Our staff will ensure that your physician has necessary updates on your progress and treatment. Communication with your insurance carrier ensures that you have necessary coverage to complete the full treatment program determined by your therapist. Our office staff is here to assist you and answer any questions regarding your appointment and insurance needs.
We have an option of private pay for patients that do not have insurance, have limited visits, or have high deductibles. Contact the office staff at Fox Valley Physical Therapy to discuss any financial limitations that you may face. Our therapists can create a treatment plan that will mainly focus on a home exercise program and self-treatment.
